What's the lead time for pallet orders?

Pallet orders ship as freight and are quoted with a lead time. In-stock pallets leave our U.S. warehouse within3–5 business daysafter payment clears, plus3–7 business daysLTL transit — most orders land in about 1–2 weeks. If your volume isn't in stock, we quote a production lead time (typically2–4 weeks) plus transit. Your quote always states the exact lead time before you pay.

How is freight calculated?

Freight isnot calculated at checkout. Pallets ship as LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, priced bytotal weight, pallet count, and delivery ZIP. More pallets = a better rate per bucket. Send us your delivery ZIP and whether it's a business with a loading dock or a residence (a liftgate may be needed) — we return an exact freight quote together with your order.

Can I mix products in one order?

Yes. You can combinechlorine tablet pallets and shock palletsin one order as long as the order meets the minimum (MOQ) in total. Mixed orders ship on asingle freight quotebased on combined pallets and weight — usually cheaper than splitting shipments. Tell us the mix and we confirm the total and freight together.

Payment terms for wholesale?
