Shipping policy

1. Shipping Scope & Origin We currently strictly ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Origin: To ensure safety and regulatory compliance for our chemical products, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our specialized Hazmat warehouse located at: 80 Bierstadt Rd,Thornton,CO,80260, USA.
  • Physical Addresses Only: Due to DOT Hazmat regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders require a valid physical street address.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Total Delivery Time: = Processing Time (1 business days) + Transit Time (2-3 business days).
  • Note: Due to safety regulations, our products are shipped via Ground Transport only. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time) All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday, will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Exclusions We do not ship to the following locations due to Hazmat air transport restrictions:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and in accordance with applicable state laws.
  • Customs Duties: As we ship directly from our warehouse in California, USA, there are no customs duties or import fees for customers within the United States. You only pay what you see at checkout (Price + Applicable Sales Tax).
