Shipping policy

  • 1. Shipping Coverage and Origin: We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding overseas territories).


  • 2. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time

    Total delivery time = Processing time (1 business day) + Shipping time (2–3 business days).
    Note: Due to safety regulations, our products are shipped via ground transport only. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier.

     

  • 3. Order Processing Time (Preparation): All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time/PST) Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day; orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

     

  • 4. Non-Shipping Areas: We do not ship to the following locations:

    Alaska (AK)
    Hawaii (HI)
    P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses
    U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

     

  • 5. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours.

  • 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
    Customs Duties: Since we ship directly from our warehouse in California, USA, customers within the United States do not need to pay customs duties or import fees. You are only required to pay the amount shown at checkout (product price + applicable sales tax).
